Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. How Long We Retain Personal Data

Stasch will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data was collected. We adhere to the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: #retention_period

Contact Information

Contact information that you fill out through our contact forms, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, is stored for a maximum of two years. This timeframe allows us to properly process your request and to follow up with you with relevant information or offers. If there is no further interaction within this period, your data will be automatically deleted from our system.

Customer and Billing Information

Data required for customer management and billing, including name, address, VAT number, and payment information, is retained for seven years. This is required by tax and accounting laws to ensure compliance with our administrative obligations.

Application Data

When you apply for a job with us, we store your application data, such as your CV and cover letter, for up to four weeks after the end of the application process. If you give explicit consent, we may retain this data for up to one year to contact you about future vacancies.

Newsletter Subscriptions and Marketing Preferences

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your data as long as you are actively subscribed. Once you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted or anonymized within one month, so that you will no longer receive any further communication.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data or object to the processing of your personal data by Stasch and have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to yourself or another organization you specify. You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability, or withdrawal of consent or objection to the processing of your personal data by sending an email to info@stasch.eu. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your identification along with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.

How We Secure Personal Data

Stasch takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unlawful modification.
